We encourage our clients to report claims to our office, but if we are not available, we don’t want to delay your recovery.

You can report the claim directly to the company – by phone or online.

Helpful information to have before you call:

  • Policy number
  • Date of the loss
  • Insured's name and address
  • Location of the loss
  • Description of the loss (e.g., fire in the kitchen, water leak ruined precious painting)
  • Police or Fire Department report - police precinct or fire department that responded
  • What caused the loss (e.g., defective toaster oven, thunderstorm)
  • Approximate dollar amount of the loss
  • Name and telephone number of person to contact to discuss the claim
